well, there is no surefire way to figure it out, the only way is to ask him. or his parents. maybe hes just "different". just because a guy is like that, doenst mean hes gay or metrosexual. he mite just be trying to figgure himself out, so dont ask him rite away, if he is confused, being asked abt it will just stress him out more. uhhmmm.......other than that, just wait it out and see if he trys to talk to you abt it.

Well, if he's your friend, it shouldn't matter if he's metro or not. However, he doesn't necessarily sound like the type of guy I think of as metrosexual. Plucking his eyebrows, creating awesome cake recipies, and doing YOUR laundry sounds more metro than caring about the way he looks. Guys seem to care more about it these days.

Metrosexual isn't like a sexual orientation so it has nothing to do with whether or not the man is gay. He likes taking care of himself; there are plenty of guys out there like that. Now if you're asking if he's homosexual, that's completely different.

it could just mean that he's overtly self aware...but metro isn't like a terrible word anymore. plenty of men are embracing skin creams and a more pulled together look...it's a good thing hunny!
would you rather be smooching a lumber jack?
i'm sure he has his manly qualities too, if the metro is problem for you- or makes you feel slightly out of place with your femeninity in the relationship-
build up his manlier aspects with compliments
ou can't help the way he is, it sound slike you're slightly lucky ^_^

He might still be in closet. But if he is strong on liking girls than so be it. Some guys this day in age think so highly of themselves and can get cocky. They have to dress a certain way, wear certain brands and drive certain cars to make them feel good. also they might have this mentality, that the cuter the are, the more likely they will get girls!!
Metro sexual.... it's ok for a guy to be concern with his looks...

I had a friend who started to embrace the whole metrosexual fad. I like playing playstation, doing yardwork and playing poker on friday nights, and I don't need my hair neatly gelled to do so. So we're not friends anymore because it was like having a friend that is a girl, and the only friend of mine that is a girl is my girlfriend. But to answer your question, yes he's metrosexual, my friend was like this too.

My husband is metro and admits to it. We get our eyebrows waxed together and he secretly loves a good pedicure. I think it is great, he looks good and cares, maybe to much at times yes, but I don't mind. I don't think it matters at all if a guy is metro or not, it has nothing to do with his partner preference.
