I went out into the back yard and my fence is falling in toward the neighbor's yard. I hardly ever go in my back yard (just to check on the apple trees, the guava bush, the blackberries, etc) but never go near the fence. I look at it, to try to fix it, and there are already 3 Giant nails that have been put in and it still won't hold. Why are they coming in my yard? can I kill them for trespassing? They know the law (see the other questions in this series , from both accounts)

for those who have missed the series, my neighbors have: (a) trained their dog to use my yard as a bathroom, (b) stolen bushes out of my front yard, (c) stolen my rocks which I placed around my tree to hold their basketball backboard, (d) {not listed} knocked out half my solar lights, (e) deliberately tried to block my driveway, (f) thrown metal pieces into my yard, (g) gotten mad because I park my truck in my driveway which prevents them from using it as a ramp for their skateboards/bikes/etc, and (h) climbed into my back yard REPEATEDLY killing my cactus, picking roses, and taking my sons toys.

You are a herald of death, why bother asking, just do your job.

Well, taking your son's toys is theft. Trespassing is illegal, too. If they've done it repeatedly, I assume they'll do it again. Call your lawyer about all this, first of all. He/she will probably want you to set up a camera to take pictures of these transgressions and report them to the police. The lawyer can also institute a civil suit, get restraining orders, and other useful things. The expense will be minor compared to what you are putting up with.

Or, if the entire neighborhood is crummy, you may want to just move away.

awwwww man! that is terrible. I pray for lots of ppl and often, but I will NOT pray for them, I WILL continue to pray for you though. jeez man, i didn't know it was THAT bad until you just spelled it all out, no wonder you want to kill them. You do know you have to be the "bigger" person though already, but it does suck. I'll admit it, it's worse than having it happen to you, is not being able to 'get back' at them. it's not fair, and that sucks most of all. I hope you feel better by being able to vent about it... I wish i could just hold you and make you feel better.
