It's not your stomach, its your ovary. The stomach is the organ that processes food. The ovary is the organ that releases the ovum during ovulation. Some women experience a pinch or a twinge when they ovulate. It has a name-Mittelschmerz.

It can.. I have noticed some times when I ovulate cause I get a Bad cramp on my right side about the time I ovulate.. So Yeah

Not your stomach, but you can have ovulation cramps and pains. Mine were very noticeable, almost like period cramps. Sometimes they feel like sharp pains or twinges.
