Don;t listen to these other jerks, I think this is a fair question and it was very smart of you to ask. !!

If you are related do this dying women and you get the actual copy of the will that is signed by the women and her attorny then no it is not a scam, however it is fraud if there is nothing about who this person is. If you answer it, chances are you wont be getting any money and you will in fact lose yours. Honey, I would be really careful and ask your parents for advice as well. People can find your Mail ID anywhere on the internet for example People Search or Zaaba Search. Be Careful. Hun

Almost certainty. The way they get the e-mails is that you use on a public site to make a comment or criticism. They have robots which scour the net for e-mails and then send e-mails to each. This also goes for the inheritance from the person you never knew before. If it was reasonability legit there would be some specifics about your relationship rather than all about them. Same for the sweepstakes you have won without entering. Even in the US here you have to buy a lottery ticket to win.

This lady is a total stranger, and lives in a foreign country, and is just doing this so the government there won't confiscate her money after she dies? Then yes, it is a scam.
If she's your relative, and you know who she is, I'd assume it may be true. But do NOT send any money. When you inherit money, you just get a check, you don't have to send money.

Yes she is going to die soon; therefore she is wanting to make few people like you, fools, before she die.
