im sure thiers a better way of putting this but i cant think of the word for the life of me

i am not sure what you mean by the "uncertainty of life without work" ? do you mean we need things so that we need to work to obtain them? or that we are afraid of not needing things?
i think, on the one hand, things are fun,,,,nice things are fun,,, on the other hand,, we get too caught up in getting them, cant imagine life without them,,,,
