There is no exact date know. The estimates are between 1400 BCE and 1200 BCE.

We can't know exactly, as the Jewish historical record (i.e., the Torah) does not refer to the Egyptian pharaoh by name - he's simply called "Pharaoh." Contemporary wisdom sets the date of The Exodus at approximately 1300-1200 B.C.E.

However, recent archaeological discoveries suggest that The Exodus might have occurred much earlier, as early as 1600-1500 B.C.E.
