Of course this is not the only "qualified" point of view. Their selection
is, at least, controversial.
Other interesting magazines: "Mademoiselle" ("Miss"), "Elle" ("She"),
"Marie Claire" (from France); "Bravo Girl!" (from Germany).
I live in Europe and I am more familiarized with the European
publications.
Finally, the best "magazine" is the man's look...

Vogue for runway fashions. Cosmo for sex/celebs/fun in general.

Vogue = best for clothes, accessories, shoes, etc.
Allure = best for make up.
InStyle = pretty good for both but way too many ads.
