How do we do to eliminate/reduce "racial profiling" or "racial stereotyping"?

Some people judge others simply by the racial profiling and/or by racial stereotyping. How should we do to better understand people of different races without a premature judgement?

that means we would have o have more restrictions on what people can say in the media because the media seems like its able to say racists jokes and stuff like that. They would have to be more restrictions on what people can say. Also to be very highly effective they would have to be an anti tracists terrorism law because racism and racists commentary terrorizes american unity. It would have to be that people who say racists comments would get jailed maybe or maybe that seems too harsh. Maybe fined or given a ticket. This racism applies to every way not just in favor of blacks. you cant say racists comments to latinos, native american, asians, eropeans, caucasians, africans and any other races i didnt include. Also people would have to be intorduced to more diveersity because you will see african people who are western country type and i have seen asian that warship jewduism and stuff.

The stereotype for asian is that they dont go around killing people and they are calm good diciplined people. but look what happened. White people do crack also, they are just not presented as crack heads in the media as much and strongly as blacks you moron. I have a white friend in my school and he does more drugs then alot of the minorities people in my school and we have only a few white students in my school. he does acid, he use dto do cocaine and he smokes pot. Also just to let you know that the majority of hippies were white and they used to do tons of Lsd rmember. Also white people do steal they just get away with it and dont caght as nearly as much as minorities do or at times also racism does play in a role. Some times white cops might let white people get away with stuff and crack down mostly on minorities more. So who are ou too say these problems are race related? they are not its culture relatedbecause american culture is screwed up now adays because america has become spoiled and has lost complete dicipline. The only place left where appreciation and dicipline is still in america is in the military and cadet as well as Jrotc/Rotc orginizations. They are also racially mixed and if you know dumb *** they are black cops, asian cops, spanish cops and other type of cops also not just white cops. So if your also thinking that only certain minorities commit crimes or certain crimes remember that minorities as well as whites play a major role in cleaning up crime and serving the military while your punk *** is talking about there race behind there backs even though they probably contribute more to society then you.
