If you're ready to wean her, then it's time.
You need to be careful that you don't develop mastitis, since you have been breastfeeding for 6 months and will have good supply. You can either give your daughter some breastfeeds and some bottle and gradually reduce the breastfeeds or fully bottle feed her and express just enough milk to relieve your pain. The second option will dry up your supply more quickly.
To help with your pain and milk supply, try wearing a firm bra day and night and applying cold compresses or cabbage leaves to your breasts. Avoid anything that might stimulate let-down such as warm water on your breasts in the shower. Use paracetamol if you need to.
Good luck. If you have any symptoms of mastitis - pain, redness or flu type feelings - see your doctor straight away. It's a nasty infection that gets worse quickly, but it's easily treated with antibiotics.

You have not breastfed since Sunday? How did you manage that? Isn't your baby hungry?
If you are purposely weaning, cold-turkey, it's going to hurt like crazy for a while.
Here is an article on drying your milk.

If I were you, I'd continue to breastfeed for at least one year. The statistics are that babies who are breastfed longer are healthier and have a higher IQ!

Keep on breast feeding! Don't stop yet! Your baby is loving all those nutrients!
Having done both the gradual stop and stopping cold turkey, I would highly advise the slowly stopping method. Much less painful for both yourself and baby.

I think the doctor can prescribe pills to hurry the process up.

maybe you should wean slowly, if you let your child self wean, you won't become engorged
AAP recommends two years AT MINIMUM
