i never let other people effect my emotions. if i allow that to happen it can effect my karma. people who are up and bouncy are fun to be around....but i can be around anyone because they have no effect on how i feel. i am comfortable in who i am.

Depends on the level of perky and whether or not it's caffeine induced perky.
Usually, I find them mildly annoying.

Perky people annoy me. The only thing that cheers me up is a friend coming and being equally as cynical as I feel. It makes me laugh.

Pick me up. I love to be around happy energetic people as it makes me happy. If I'm around depressed people it makes me sad. We need more perky people.

If I'm in an upbeat mood myself, I find them to be fun company. But if it's the morning or I'm just feeling down or tired for whatever reason, they are so irritating

depends on who they are and how bad my day has been if its just been so so they usually make me happy but if it has just been crappy they usually just annoy me
