actually i just wanna look cute and hot in real life how i do that... i mean some girls say im cute and some say im ok... 1 or 2 have said im hot... im 14 and my damn facial hair aint in yet and i need to lost face fat... and i always think i look ugly too

Being a model is not all about being cute. It's about character, looking good on camera, being able to pose and be flexible and work with the photographer under extreme circumstances, and wearing the clothing well.
Do you watch America's Next Top Model? Not all the girls on there are pretty on TV, but they take gorgeous photos. Sometimes being a bit gawky or different actually has it's appeal. You don't have to be tall and blonde and blue-eyed. There are all kinds out there. The fashion world is looking for that person who will stand out, and look good in the clothes, and show emotion on the camera.

Honey do it do it. If you believe you can achieve.But you must be confident to be a model, Alot agencies reject even the most beautiful models because they don't have "that certain look". They are always looking for different types of models for certain jobs with magazines, commercials, TV and etc..
I have seen all models, all sizes and looks. So first build up some confidence and shoot for the stars. Good luck. Try looking up some info on line on local modeling agencies. :)
If you don't feel beautiful no one else will think so to. You must be able to feel wonderful inside first. Walk like you won Mr. Hottie award. Smile, Stand Tall and Feel Confident. It starts within first.

Work on your style, presentation, walk, and personality. I'm a child model, and I can tell you that is what counts above all. Work on your look, and if you get to be somewhere around 5'10" at you're age, they'll exept you, (They like grown men to be at least 6'0"). If you have a good & professional aditude, that wil help tremendously. Good Luck!

Alot of people want to go into modeling , its alot of hard work, and you have to very careful thees days, because you may think that you have found yourself a descent modeling agent, think hard before you really go in to this.

maybe you could model your hair which would show part of your face. also try posing for art schools. (figure modeling)
