Take the hard drive out. Take the screws out of the hard drive case and open it up. Take a hammer to the platters(discs).

two basic free programs. adaware gets rid of the spam dataminers and avg free is anti virus..stay away from the porn and gamblnig sites and use disclean and defrag regularly. adaware and avg free are at download.com and the other two are system tools on the accessory bar on windows xp...good luck.
