I hear there is a new snake law on snakes that exceed the lenghts of 12 feet-burms,retics,red tails u know.When does this law begin?
How much will the cost of the chip and all that be?
Where can i find info on this?
Please tell me any info u know about this?

If you're talking about the legislation in Florida, it hasn't passed yet, look for it next year. Most likely the chips and such will be included in the price of your animal.

Am not sure where you are, but check with a good Reptile store in your area that sells reptiles, lizards & snakes ( NOT Petsmarts or chain pet stores PLEASE ) they can tell you all you need to know...I think it's a good law cuz there are too many irresponsible & un-knowledgable people who buy reptiles & don't take care of them, especially the BIG snakes, then they get loose, causing harm to other people's pets, etc, and often end up dead or having to be killed :( No one who isn't an "EXPERT" with snakes should own the BIG snakes like Burmese, Reticulateds, etc ...also on my profile is a very neat site all about reptiles, called East Bay Vivarium...Take Care :)
