Our bodies usually say a lot about us. I was reading somewhere that apparently communication is like 70% body language! Expressions in your face say a lot about how you're feeling (unless you're pretty good at covering up your emotions). I've also noticed that hands and eyes really say a lot about a person. If a person works hard, usually their hands are more dry, have creases in them, and it just shows in general. Eyes, even when not showing an specific emotion, can look sunken and sad, or bright and optimistic. There's a lot that can be told about a person without words!

My body says that I look good just the way I am but I love change. Sometimes it doesn't show but I like to mix things up..

That I am overweight, yet big and stocky looking, like a wrestler. My body says "Do not feed!!".

Berrygirl,
My body screams to me:
"You must loose 3 kg, and fast!"
But, to others it says:
"Oh, she looks nice, a little on the plump side, but nice...".
At least it is what they say to me.

It tells me I drink too much beer, and haven't been to the gym for years.
I'm still a skinny wee thing though.
