what I'm wanting to say:

"If the mountain goes to muhammed, would it be better to run for not being buried??"

You are talking about a proverb: " If the mountain will not come to Mohamed, Mohamed must go to the mountain"

Now what you really want to say is:

"When Mohamed sees that the mountain is coming to him, he had better move FAST so that he will not be run over by the moving mountain!"
