It is just a phase. I would like to respond to Malinda though...I did not ask this question but I am totally offended by your answer. You are a *****. Why would you ever tell someone that they should have gotten an abortion and tried again. I can honestly say the best part of you ran down your mom's leg.

He has probably been told by others that pink is for girls. I am sure he is not homophobic. He just wants to use only "boy things." Kids go through these stages.

He is probably old enough to dry himself off with a towel he chooses.

No, Your just being silly. Kids know no nothing of homophobic. It's what they are taugh as they grow.
(Just remember that!)
It's the 5 age!
as my daughter at 4 1/2, gets upset at anything to do with me helping her.
"Mommy I can do it by myself! I'm a big girl now."
Even at drying her off with any towel!

Maybe he just doesn't like pink. He's a boy, boys shouldn't really like pink. Anyway, kids learn that kind of behavior, so if you don't like homosexuals maybe he is picking that up. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
