Do americans hate moderate pakistanis like myself?

I know they hate extremists and so do I.But do they hate even the moderate pakistanis.Im just curious to know,nothing personel.

I do not like extremists from any religion! I have friends who are Pakistani moderates! They are quiet nice! I am open minded and I read allot on a variety of topics and I look at many sources for news so I do not hate any particular faith or people!

I don't hate Iranians, North Koreans, or anyone else from countries on less than the best terms with the world.

I really don't even hate extremists either. What is the point? What do I gain by being filled with hate?

For example, I catch a man in the act of robbing my house. Does hating him aid me in stopping his efforts to steal from me? Does hating him after the fact change anything that occurred? How will this hatred benefit me? It will not. It will only be a burden that I must carry.

I for one do not. Pakistan has been the most helpful of all the middle eastern countries. I try not to judge people by their country any way. Living in Houston I have made friends with Pakistanis, Iranians, Iraqis, Palestinians, Indians etc. I think you will find this to be the case for the most part.

I don't even know you, so I would have to say "no." For now, Pakistan seems to be our friend, so I do not hate moderate Pakistanis like you.

But hatred implies a personal knowledge, though, a personal loathing. Some views I do not like, but the man is not necessarily his view.

dear moderate...i just read through the answers prior to mine and something became evident you should know. no large group American, Pakistani,Chinese or whatever speaks with one voice or opinion. we in the U.S. have our ignorant extremist's just as you have yours. most American's are ignorant of the nation's of the world and their people. yet...currently i believe if a poll were taken most American's have a favorable opinion of Pakistan. the fact you are a moderate would be difficult for them to understand it's significance.

I don't know how Pakistanis would feel about me as an American living in Pakistan, but in the US, Americans won't have a problem with you being Pakistani.

No we certainly don't hate people like you. I just wish more of the people like you would speak out against the extremists that only want to kill innocent people.
