I was watching jerry Springer today and the program was about midgets, there was a midget pimp, who was pimping other midget women to normal men and I was wondering is jerry Springer fake?.

You can't really base the reliability of the Jerry Springer Show on positions held by midgets. It's just a show. You either love it, or hate it.

There is a new show on E! called the SPRINGER HUSTLE , watch then you'll know. They actually tell people what to say.

Yes it's fake. In fact, there is some show on that shows the producers "coaxing" the guests to fight and act like idiots. Still, it is certainly entertaining.

plus...sadly, a lot of people in the UK think all of the USA people work at strip clubs, marry their cousins and try and find out who the father of their babby is!!! LOL

Completely fake - He is even on record as admitting to it being fake and using actors.
