ah... the old sea map to get to faraway island to find a level 30 mew!
the only real way to do it is if you attended a nintendo event; it cannot be done from within your game, it needs to be ADDED INTO YOUR GAME from nintendo

it does not matter which events within the game you have completed, it doesn't matter how many times you beat the elite four, or any of that. you, by yourself, playing the game will be able to find no way to do it because there is NO WAY to do it

You have to go to a Nintendo Event and they download it for you, that is the only for sure way to get it.
