The normal way to increase the FSB is to go into the computers BIOS. Usually this involves pressing the DEL key as the post screen appears during boot up. (Check your motherboard manual for your BIOS settings)
Raising the FSB,especially when using generic memory modules has to be done in very small increments, just in case the machine crashes.
Often generic memory will not support much of an increase in the FSB without becoming unstable.
Heres how it all works -

For example if your FSB is 200, and your Multiplier is 10, you get 200 x 10 = 2000. Thus your CPU is at 2000 MHz. Were you to change your FSB to 220, you would get 220 x 10 = 2200. Thus your CPU would now be at 2200 MHz.

Good Luck !

Try Clockgen software.

Better read some overclocking basics first so that you will understand the significance and impact of every adjustment you will make and so that you will not be surprised by sudden BSOD.

things like FSB adjustments are usually done from within the bios

Basically, not possible. The pathways on the motherboard are pre-etched based on the maximum bus speed then supported.
