Just wash your face in cold water every night 4 about a week or 2. Then put some higean altromaget cream on both of your eye lids and they will look as good as new. Or you could try botux but it depends how old u r. Well hope that salves ur problem.

Go to a doctor then decide about Cost, maybe it does not any surgery or any costly medications, I hope it is resolved quickly.

Are you asian? The reason I ask is because, my mom and grandmother have the same problem, we're asian. The dr. can do surgery to remove the sagginess, that's the only option they have, I guess it's common.

it is about 5 bucks...maybe u should go to a doctor if that doesnt work and he could help u without surgery or cosmetic surgery

try preperation H. It will shrink it. dont get it in your eye though, it mite shrink and fall out.
