I freqently masturbate with lubricant (vasiline). but one day i masturbated with out lube and i took a bath and i have a scab the shaft on my penis. is it ok to masturbate with this on my penis? Im a virgin so i doubt it is an STD

You're probably fine, something like that may of happened because you masturbated too hard when you weren't using lube, probably because you were used to going fast. Give it a few days, maybe a week, and see if it gets better. If not, contact your doctor, he'll give you something that will help you, and I doubt it's an STD. Good luck.

It's ok as long as your penis does not get infected and/or give you some extraordinary pain, in which case, you had better lay off and see your doctor.
