I saw that game last night... it was really crazy! I have never seen four homeruns in a row. It was incredible. Manny, Drew, Varitek and Lowell... WOW!!! The probability of four homeruns in a row is very miniscule. It was a once in a lifetime event. I really enjoyed seeing the Yankees go down... I hope you did too.

The Red Sox got the Yankees in the same position that the Yankees caught the Red Sox last August. The Yankees had to use Karstens and Wright. Wright had only pitched in AA ball until he was called up earlier in the week. He beat the Indians because the Yankees scored 8 runs in 5 innings for him. He absolutely had no business facing the Red Sox on national television. The surprise is not that the Red Sox got 4 home runs in a row, but that Ortiz and Pena did not make it 6 in a row. Chien Ming Wang will be back next Sunday and he is tough on the Red Sox. The Red Sox will have to be patient and try to run up the pitch count. The Yankee bullpen must look like a blood bank to Dracula as far as the Red Sox are concerned.

Well I don't really like the yankees so I will have to say that the Red Sox did really good. did they same pitcher give up all 4 of those home runs. I would have taken him out after the 3rd.

It was amazing. Not just the homeruns though, I think the Yankees were stupid for leaving in Chase Wright for so long and their pitching needs help. They blew every game of the Series

it was amazing and did you also know that drew was part of one of the other 4 homeruns in a row history (i think its only happened 4 times in history). he was part of the dodgers one last fall....crazy stuff! maybe he will be a good luck charm for us! go sox!

I was laughing at every hit, because I could not believe it was actually happening! I actually felt bad for that kid though. After two, I think I would have taken him out, but I know their bullpen was hurting, so that is probably why Torre left him in there.
