Okay-I can top that one. My friend's hubby had narcolepsy. I even witnessed him falling over sound asleep mid-conversation. The nicest guy you ever met--who also happened to have a cocaine addiction. They discovered his narcolepsy after he became sober and totalled a company car. He admitted he started using to keep himself awake (he couldn't figure out why he was falling asleep all the time). They claim the doctor told him that cocaine may have saved him from falling asleep at the wheel prior to getting sober.....

I know--it's a stretch....but they swear that is what he said.
