I heard that there was a natural homeopathic medecine that helps heal or possibly cure HIV, what do you know about it?

Don't count on it. Right now traditional medicine is the way to go.
A doctor in Oklahoma was working on a vaccination, but he recently passed away expectantly from undiagnosed heart problems. I have not idea what the situation is going to be with continuing research on this now.

While there is no cure- I sell a drink called Bazi, Which helps prolong a persons life that has HIV. It has many other health benifits too

Increase Vitamin K and calcium consumption especially pareve. Also more protein types may be needed avoid egg in my opinion
