the stripe on back is all the way across back in a diagonal direcion. And there is also blue spots on front of coin, also under every thing. u can make out every word and raised detail, front and back. i heard this was a mis strike or something, is this worth any money>?

You heard wrong, someone did it after it left the mint. Is it paint?? or it could be caused by someone applying a chemical to it. Either way it is considered a damaged coin. the U.S. mints have never made a blue coin, at least not yet. Nor could the minting process have done it. Sorry it is one of those coins that someone damaged either on purpose or they were bored. They do make for an interesting find though and keep us collectors on our toes.
