the fuse for the air conditioning blower motor and the system fuse are located in the under hood fuse box on the civic. the fuse box should be on the passenger side of the engine compartment in the back near the windshield. it could also by next to the batttery on the driver's front, but I think its on the passenger side on that car.

the fuses should be shown on the inside of the cover to the fuse box. the fuse box is about 6" long and 3" wide and has a black plastic cover. The Air conditioning fuses should be numbers 12 and 14.

there is also an air conditioning relay that is used on that car.

I can't tell you what to look for because I don't know what your trying to fix. if the blower isn't working it would be fuse 12. The a/c rarely doesn't work because of an electrical problem--its more often a problem with a refrigerant leak

hope that helps

There is a under dash fuse and relay box most likely on the left side of steering wheel and also an under hood fuse and relay box most likely on the passengers side next to the windshield.
