i want to get back into the workout scene. i have been lazy for sometime now and i need to get back out for health reasons more so than vanity. i am a bottom heavy person who really needs to shed some meat off her rump.

i need to know if anyone can suggest some exercises that are geared more for the thigh and buttocks area than just general calisthenics. i want to lose all over but i trulyy need assistance on the glutes.

Walking is one good way to help shed the pounds all over. You could also try leg stretches both in the lying down position and in bed.

I would also recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what other additional ideas they may have that can be of help to you.
