I rang my contact at Disney, who told me that while you can't buy a 10-day Hopper ticket on the Disney website, you COULD buy two five-day ones, and use them consecutively. If you were ordering from the UK, she said, you could then pick them up at will call once you arrived at the park. However, with each five-day ticket at $189 for those 10 and up (or $159 for ages 3 to 9), that's going to get pretty expensive pretty quickly!
My contact did suggest that you try an Australian tour operator -- they, apparently, sell 10-day Hopper tickets. She mentioned Qantas specifically, though I went to the website and was unable to find anything that was immediately relevant. You might want to try calling the UK branch of Qantas Holidays (I've listed the number below) to see if you have any luck.
Finally, I've found a few sites online that offer 10-day Hopper tickets just by googling the phrase; DW Tickets has them for $254.36 (or $215.87 for ages 3-9) and lists a separate number for international callers, which makes me think you'd be able to buy them from within the UK. I can't vouch for them, but it seems it would be cheaper, at least, than buying two five-day tickets. If you want to have a look, that link is here: http://www.dwtickets.com/Discount_10day_disney_park_hopper_tickets_s/31.htm
Hope that's helpful. Good luck -- and have a fantastic holiday!

In the U.S a 10 park hopper would cost $277.97 for adults, including tax and $236.44 for children 9 and under. Children 2 and under are free.
You can go online to Disney's site and also get the prices for the tickets.
Hope this helps!
