When is what enough?
If you are talking about getting a divorce, then you must have missed the part where you said: "for better and worse". You knew he was like this before you married him, so why are you complaining now? Oh that is right you thought that just because he married you that he would change. Your mistake not his.
Divorce him if you want, just don't blame him for being what you married.

Has he been looking for a permanent job? Maybe he's waiting on someone to grab him by the hand and go with him to different locations.

It was enough after the first year. You have to tell him to either keep a job or move out or he will always be dependent on you to pay for everything.

He must have a drinking or drug problem or just plain stupid and lazy. Get a good man who knows how to treat a woman and keep a job.

How was his work record before you married him? My guess is that he hasn't changed. Consequently, you have no ground to stand on. You married a man who couldn't hold a job expecting him to change. You made your bed and now you must lie in it.
