I know you won't believe this but take toothpaste on a rag and go at them, guarantee it will take the scratches and the fading look away.

There is a product called Flitz, I've seen advertized on TV.

You can do the same thing with a grinder and a cloth buffing wheel. Use a jewelers rouge, the finest grit, it will be white in color, coat the wheel with the rouge and polish the plastic to remove the dullness. This will also remove the scratches on your watch crystal, as a bonus. Good luck

Meguiar's makes a plastic polish/cleaner that will remove the oxidation from the plastic lenses.
the fading/yelllowing of the lenses is caused by the clearcoat wearing off (which it does over time), and having the sun beat on it which fades it.
the only cure is to replace the lense if the cleaner does not work.

I would bet it isn't the sun, but Armoral or some other like it!...It ruins any plastic and makes it dull.
Windex and a newspaper is all you need.

They make a plastic polish, it helps but will not get rid of it nothing will.

i have fixed mine with 2,000 grit sand paper then some plastic polish or polishing compound and they come out looking new.
