Involuntary feminization has to do with SMBD practices where a subject is physiologically and psychologically altered by the experiences he has been subjected to. I know somebody who is going through this and would like to help him. From what I understand people who experience this are not willing participants.

There was a documentary about a doctor in Canada who did this to a boy, who had a twin brother. It was on in the US, Discovery Health Channel. It was a sad account for the young man. He was disfigured during an operation, and was raised female. Around teenage years, decided that he was going to live as a male, he eventually got married and had two step children. His wife divorced him, he killed himself, shortly after, his twin did the same. It is a horrific thought to imagine, and my heart certainly goes out to your friend. I pray that things will be better for your friend than they were for the people in the documentary. Luckily your friend has you. God bless you both! The film is not listed on their web site, I am sorry I can not remember what it was called, but if you contact them through the web site, they are very helpful in getting people the information that they need. Again, God bless you both.
