Everyone acts like money will bring peace but throwing money at them when they do something wrong is like giving candy to a child throwing a tempertantrum, it's stupid and ultimately has a backfire effect. If we hold out and don't give them any money this war will cost them and maybe they might think about stopping. plus If i were a terrorist that money would be pretty enticing to spend on a nice weapon that i could destroy millions of americans with. WHO DOES THAT!? that's like paying the terrorists to kill us!
