I edited and saved a photo, but I want the original back - It is still in its original version on my desktop wallpaper, so I know it exists somewhere, but all I can seem to open is the edited version that I don't want. I have Windows XP and I used PhotoFiltre software to do the editing.

I tried going to C:Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
But only found a wallpaper photo from several months ago - not the current one.
Any other ideas?

As long as you have not changed your desktop wallpaper try going to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer (NOTE: Some folders are invisible, you have to set Folder Options to view invisible files) There should be a file called Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp This should be your old photo, just copy it to where you want it.
You could also just search for Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp but make sure Search Hidden Files and Folders is on in the More Advanced Options.

If it is your desktop wallpaper, right click on the desktop, go to properties - and it will show you the file name of the picture you want - then do a search.
