It depends on how you define "expensive." For example, Harvard costs a lot of money -- but you more than make up for it in future earnings -- so is it really more expensive?
Based on that criteria, I would say that the University of Phoenix is the most expensive. Sure the tuition is only half that of a prestigious university (though twice that of a good state school). However, the lost earnings due to the fact that many employers will not take your degree seriously make it a much more expensive degree.

Years ago it was Bennington College in VT. not sure if that is still the case.
Just looked and it is $46,180 for an academic year. Tuition and fees.
