when someone of the oppsite sex tries to get close she cut her hair . and it not to look good

i would think she has trust issues that her appearance was the cause of this issue. by cutter her hair and appear unattractive she may be thinking that if this person stays now it is for something other than what i look like.

She may have a fear of getting into relationships and is doing this to appear unattractive to ward that peson off.
