Got tired of baiting everyone else did you!
And you are just a bigotted meat eating macho, homophobic slob with more STDs than a clinic.

Not sure 'poof' is pc.

It depends entirely on the 'poof' as you call them. I have had several gay friends (both men and women) and they were all very different.

Some of the men were undoubtedly very feminine but others were actually quite masculine and if they hadn't told me they were gay I wouldn't have known.

I thought a 'poof' was one of those things that come with an armchair and you rest your feet on them.
If that's what you mean, I'd have to say they just like men, because it's men who do the foot-resting thing more than women.
(The poof could be considered more feminine if it had frilly edging, I suppose.)

i guess it depends on the "poof" as you say. though i think a lot of bi and homosexual men are offended by that term. and there are a lot of heterosexual men who are "feminine" too.

No. It's just that when people see a guy that acts "feminine", they assume he's gay, and when they see a guy that acts "masculine", they assume he's straight. It still amuses me when I hear someone claim they don't have gay relatives or associates, merely because they don't know anyone that "acts gay".

"Poof" is Brit for gay. However, in the US it's considered offensive.

And mannerisms have nothing to do with it. Gays are attracted to others of their own sex. It's all about what's going on inside, not what you see.
