I believe he's mad because he now has to deal with a democratic congress and can't get all of his policy rubberstamped with no contest. He's also mad because he is being contested on the choices he made for his cabinet, i.e. Alberto Gonzales, et al not to mention Paul Wolfowitz at the World Bank.
So, yes, he does have a lot to be mad about.......

Ok President Bush is doing what he has too!! Think about it this way. If Bush wouldn't have done anything about Iraq hitting the Twin Towers we would have been mad about that, and the Congrees has to sighn an ACT OF WAR for us to go to war. Also the people who sighned up for the Army kenw there was a possibility they could go over. My Dad and brother are over there. Dont think i dont want them homw but 1 I know that God is with them and 2 I know that they knew there was a possibility they would go when they sighned up!

Mad as in crazy, or mad as in angry? And truly, I don't believe either. He's just plain ole stupid. He doesn't think things through very well...he is uncategorically arrogant (which shows a marked lack of intelligence) and he speaks very poorly. Amazing...the leader of the Greatest Nation in the World!

Madness tends to imply great intelligence. So no not mad. Incredibly stupid to the point of mild mental retardation, perhaps.
