A material that reflects or absorbs all of the light that strikes it is an impossibility because reflection and absorption are opposites. A black body does not reflect anything (by definition).
You are either asking about something that is black or something that is a perfect reflector.
(P.S. This is not an insult but people who do not know how to use a spell checker usually look foolish.)
