I have not had much luck finding a good website which identifies the songs I hear in commercials. I would rather not have to post here and ask what the song is for each individual commercial.

I get pretty good results searching on snippets of the lyrics and the product using the song, but this doesn't always work. Somewhere there has to be a website doing this.

There are a number of places that say they offer ad music information, but it's not always the case.

I have found a few sources that seem to have a lot of great info and help:

1. songtitle.info
they offer a search and give links to where you can hear clips. It helps if you know when the commercial aired, as they also categorize by season/year.

2. adtunes.com:
a user forum specifically for ad music.
forums seem to be pretty thorough

3. advertisers website:
sometimes advertisers, such as H3, include ad and song info
(this is less frequent, but still can be a good source)

4. you can also try: whatsthatcalled.com
try the forums though, as their database seems to stop at the year 2005.

And, of course, don't forget to SEARCH Yahoo Answers.
Many people are looking for/have found the same music you are looking for.

Hope this helps.

It's "The Impossible Dream" as sung by Andy Williams. It comes from the musical "the man of La Mancha"
