Go to another city. Tickets are still cheap for good seats in Kansas City. Yes, the Royals aren't that good, but wait till a good team comes in. I saw Dice K's first game for $14.00 for second row upper deck behind home plate. If you drive it's $10 to park.

I agree with going somewhere else. I realize that Yankee stadium is a bit of a shrine for the pinstripped faithful, but it's rather expensive.

Being from Wisconsin, I grew up going to baseball games cheap. The brewers are always having dollar nights or $5 terrace seats etc...

I have a hard time justifying paying more than I would for a movie ticket to go to a baseball game, especially when in most cases I could watch the game on TV. You have to figure that with all the sports packages you can get nowadays, if history is being made, you will likely be able to catch it in the privacy of your own home. Not to mention, you dont have to fight the crowds, a nice plasma is better than any view you could ever get in the cheap seats, and oh yeah, you can keep the bottle caps on your coke because theres no fear of throwing it out at players...

You are looking for what simply does NOT exist!! Namely, good seats where you do not have to pay a lot. Yankee tickets cost a fortune as do Red Sox tickets. How else can they support such huge payrolls??

Chow!!

E-Bay is the way. But since A-Rod has been on fire those tickets are no longer that cheap and are hard to get.
