Hi,
I need some advice!
I lost my store approval to work in a shop, which meant not being able to work on a franchise in the store.

Turned up a bit late one saturday morning had quiet a few problems that week, never signed in cos i was late a few times that week, put my stuff in my locker, floor manager calls me over he says grab your stufff - so i did we go down stairs to where you sign in. We speak to the sercuity guy he explains what has happend that i never signed in and i was late quiet a few times that week, my floor manager decides to send me home at this point im a 17yr old lad who has no work experience about this situation, at this time i was thinking he's sacked me here so i went OTT and said to them they're both wankers which was wrong at the time to say that, and i regret it to this day - so after i said that manager says dont come back.

Plz help me, whats the best thing to do to get my Job back, my employer is willing to give me a second chance, but it's up2 store

Write a letter of apology to the two people in question.
Keep it to the point ie;

I am writing to apologise for my disgraceful language, this was down to fear that I had already lost my job and immaturity and I deeply regret my actions.
I accept that I was in the wrong for not following the clocking in procedure and that my time keeping needs much improvement.
Should you be willing to continue my employment with your company it would be gratefully appreciated.

Or something like it!.
They may or may not keep you on but use this lesson to its advantage.
Good time keeping & attitude are what will keep you employed -
If you know the traffic will be heavy then leave earlier, it's best for you to be in 10 - 15 mins before your shift starts giving you time to get organised or even get a quick cuppa!!
You may not agree with or like your boss or customers but they are the ones you get your wages from - even when they are obviously wrong they're Right!!
For bosses - listen & learn - especially the ones who started at the bottom & worked up as they will have a lot of experiance & tips.
For customers - be approchable and helpful - even the most awkward customer can be turned around with the right comment or smile in the right place.
You have to think twice and bite back anything that might offend - you can think it - just don't let it past your lips!!!
If you find it hard, think of the person you most respect and how you would want them to be treated - or youself for that matter.
As in life, you will come across people in your work that rub you up the wrong way - how you deal with it is what counts.

Sounds like you were being suspended but have managed to talk yourself into being sacked.

You might be able to rescue the situation with apologies etc. as suggested above.

Advice for the future - there are hundreds of Poles, Bulgarians, Ethiopians and other ex-Soviet people begging for work and only too happy to take minimum wage, turn up 10 minutes early and work 15 miniutes extra every day.

Get your act together or you will be spending your life on the dole....
