Catching my father cheating on my mother. Then he beat the hell out of me and broke my leg. He thinks I am too young to remember that and always told me him and I were playing and I got hurt.
Want to trade memories? I like yours better.

I have the best memory I know. Give me a phone number, distract me, days later, ask me whatit is i remember it o: I remember Amy's phone number from mall cop, I remember when I was four, I was eating french toast at some lady's house. She had a poem on her wall I remember it exactly "Drink your milk. Sip don't slurp. elbows off, never burp. Chew your food, sit up straight, kiss the cook then rinse your plate" :D haha and i remember what chair i was sitting on, the one closest to the window (stain glass with four purple flowers) and it was rickety o: BUT i think my earliest memory was when I was 2 MAYBE even one >.< I remember my big sister going off to school while I stayed home and my mom was smokin and she dropped her cigarette and it burned a little hole in the carpet and i was crying cuz it was really close to me. and i got burned D:

I remember going to my fave aunt and uncle's wedding and being at Kindertgarten, both of which happed in 1969 when I was 6...I remember some other things, but I don't have a timeline on them to know how old I was then, I think they were before that.

My earliest childhood memory is from when I was 2 years old and had to go to daycare. I hated it, because I thought my mom was dropping me off to go out and have fun without me. I remember an annoying little boy who always tried to take my coat (I kept it on in hopes that I would get picked up).

Sitting on someones knee in my gran's house looking at her big painting of a boy and a deer and wondering who the strange woman in the kitchen was! (in hindsight I think it was my aunt) I must have been about 2. I haven't a clue why I remember such a random event, maybe it was the trauma of realising how awful that painting was

Mine's a recurrent dream thing I must've had when I was about three. This weird goblin thing would come to my window every night and take me places. I'd look forward to it, so I guess I was being shown good stuff. The dreams stopped when a different goblin thing came to the window and I didn't trust it enough to go with it.
Seriously, is that a stupid first memory or what?

I can remember a picnic with my parents and my younger brother who was taking his first steps. That places it in 1964 and I was nearing my 5th birthday. I distinctly remember Dad and Mom having my brother practice walking between them and in one instance my Dad grabbed little brother by his waistband as he was headed back to Mom. My bro had no idea he was being held back and kept trying to chug ahead - typical of his personality to this day.

From the north pole - not the real one of course - riding some train and buying a rabbit fur - I think I was 4 or 5.
