where are some great places to live in northern california that have huge houses with ranches on them for horses and stuff

It depends on how far north you want to go .. Fresno is middle cali and has lots of houses with land , once you get in the san fransisco / sacramento area they are more $$ for a house and less land , but go further north and you get more land again..
