Drink lots of non-caffeinated fluids. Also, close your bathroom door and run the shower on hot for about 20 mins and breathe in the steam. This will hydrate your sinus cavities.
I also like eating hot & sour soup and wasabi peas. That clears up my nasal passages.
Hope you feel better soon!!!

Take an 8oz glass of warm water. Pour 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the water and still until it's disolved. Now, put some water into the back of your throat and blow it out your nose. I know it's nasty. I do it in the shower. It works, though. Also, grapfruit seed extract (GSE) is an all-natural antibiotic. You can get it online or at a health food store. Put 20 drops into a glass of orange juice (it will taste a little bitter with a bad after-taste). It works for colds, flu, ear infections.... pretty much anything you might need antibiotics for. Best part? No side effects and you body does not build up a resistance to it. Now THAT is agood thing to keep around the house! Not that spices aren't great and everything. When I have a stuffy nose, though, I just go out and eat sushi with lots of wasabi. Works like a charm! Wasabi will clear your sinus problem immeditely, lol.

Hi Manda!
Using a natural nasal spray made with salt and baking soda has helped me a lot. The recipe for this home remedy is 1/2 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a pinch of baking soda. Make sure that you use really clean bottled water or filtered water, otherwise you could make things worse. Shake the mixture well and put into a clean nasal spray bottle. This is also an excellent home remedy for allergies. You can use this nasal spray several times a day; it is surprisingly effective as well as cheap!

Great answers above - I really can't improve on them except to say: Keep your immune system in good shape by eating plenty of FRESH, RAW FRUITS and VEGETABLES, as well as lots and lots of FRESH ORGANIC RAW GARLIC.
