So buy it from Office Depot or whatever.
Or take your empty cart and get it refilled at Walgreens or Office Max that offers refill services.

I use http://101inks.excellentabc.com for buying printer ink. When compared to other sites they always come out cheaper. Millions of people use their Visas online every day so I don't worry about it when I use mine.
But if you are going worry just buy your printer ink from the store.
