If you like her i'd go, and you'll get to meet other people. Since you don't know her that well, I would say something bath & body works related...lotion,bodywash , a candle set

You can buy a very nice gift from $10-$15 (iTunes Gift card! Yay!).
Go to the party. If you just moved it will be a great time to meet new people and maybe make new friends. If you don't extend yourself to meeting new folks you will never really belong to a new place.
And since this girl invited you, she sounds like she would like to be your friend.

go and get her a nice card. dont waste alot of money on a gift for someone you have no clue what the like. being present will be enough to show that you are a thoughtful NEW friend. now next year, if you are still friends, you better get her a gift she likes.
