A briquet can be a number of things and the spelling makes a difference as well. If it's a radio program they might not have spelled it. Bricquet for example was the name of several people you can google. Briquet is part of the name of a kind of dog. It can be a medical condition, a sabre, or a sandwich. One person named Briquet was a composer.

The 99X part is confusing. Was that part of the question? There are French references to 99X which I don't understand. Hope this helps.

Not familiar with 99X You Can't Win, but a briquet is what they call one of those small square chunks of charcoal...
