I have to do this project for my music class where I make a cd. I need 8-12 songs I already have songs by Gary Allan, Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Gensis, and The Beatles. Each song has to be about me or about how I feel about an event or situation. I know you all don't know me, but I figure maybe some suggestions will help me find more songs.
I really like classic rock, stuff from the 80s, and country. I would like some more classic rock songs or stuff from the 80s for my cd (like some Air Supply, The Rolling Stones, or Chicago). Please help!

For classic rock try Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, The Eagles, and pretty much anything by Tom Petty. 80's try George Michael, The Eurythmics, Prince, and about 10,000 one hit wonders. Not a big county fan but try The Wreckers, Gretchen Wilson, and Rascall Flatts. I'm a big music fan and these are just some of the bands with songs I can relate to my own life. I hope they are helpful.
