I would be interested to know if the public's perception of Asian males changes at all after the Virginia Tech shootings. In my (albeit somewhat stereotypical) opinion, Asians and Asian Americans have been seen as somewhat passive, quiet and nonviolent.
This guy from South Korea may alter the public's feelings about Asian men considering how much sensationalism the media gave it.

They're Asian males. What more is there to say? I'm not attracted to Asians, but I have no personal vendetta against them.
